ChIP-Seq

Chromatin immunoprecipitated chromatin sequencing (ChIP-Seq) is used to study the interaction between proteins and DNA. This methodology allows the study of variations in the regulation of a whole genome in different situations, the specific study of genes involved in different diseases or changes in signaling pathways. In Seqplexing we offer the data analysis of ChIP-Seq technique in order to study the protein binding regions (transcription factors, histones, etc.) on the whole genoma.
